IOGP Safety performance indicators - Process safety events - 2021 data

In this report, 2021 data are published together with 2012-2020 data. The Process Safety Event (PSE) data presented in this report are based on the numbers of Tier 1 and Tier 2 PSE reported by participating IOGP Member Companies. The Tier 1 and Tier 2 data presented have been normalized against reported work hours associated with drilling and production activities to provide PSE rates.
