Safety plays a prominent role in the management and culture of companies. Often there is not enough knowledge in house to meet all legal requirements and a specialist will have to be hired, or someone can be trained as an intermediate safety expert (MVK). An MVK can assist the management as an advisor to shape the safety and health policy within the organization. The goal of the Hobeon-SKO certified training course MVK is to provide knowledge and understanding of safety and health aspects, as well as training in their application. This enables the participant to translate these aspects into measures within the organization and to coordinate and execute safety tasks.
