Description

The Asset Management Roadmap provides a roadmap (roadmap) that gives companies direction and concrete improvement steps for Asset Management. The focus is on practical applicability. By means of the Asset Management Quickscan the implementation of knowledge from this roadmap is stimulated.

Purpose

Learning to apply best practice knowledge as described in the Asset Management Roadmap. (June 2021).

The roadmap contributes to guaranteeing (process) safety, ensuring vitality and reliability, and maintaining and strengthening the competitiveness of the Dutch (petro)chemical industry.

Expected result

  • Participating companies strengthen their capacity in relation to asset management through a pragmatic "QuickScan" approach based on the checklist, made suitable for different types of business operations, to determine the level of maturity of the asset management organization and the potential for improvement (gaps).

  • An improved understanding of the broader corporate knowledge needs necessary to further enhance the quality of Asset Management.

Why participate?

Participating companies gain insight into, and a benchmark for, the level of maturity of their asset management organisation and the potential for improvement. This contributes to guaranteeing (process) safety, ensuring vitality and reliability, and maintaining and strengthening competitiveness.

Expected contribution per company: at least 40 hours of in-kind time of people working every day on safety for:

  • Determining the level of maturity of the asset management organisation on the basis of the QuickScan / checklist.
  • Determining the potential for improvement and, if sufficiently prioritized, developing an improvement plan.

Time period: quarter 1, 2023 - quarter 3, 2023
