DV2030 - Quick Start Just Culture

Summary
A Just Culture is a form of safety culture that involves trust and learning. Trust as opposed to condemnation and punishment is a prerequisite. And (collective) learning is the consequence. Just Culture' is a concept in the risk management and research world in particular and is actively used in the aviation industry. The chemical and petrochemical sector has responded with interest and expressed the need to describe such a system in an adaptive manner for its own sector. This document meets that need.

The Quick Start Just Culture is a practical guide to start building Just Culture. The Quick Start is meant for HSE leaders, site management etc. and is part of the report 'Just Culture in Practice', with lessons from the practice of 4 (petro)chemical companies.
