Inspection topic ageing passive fire protection Brzo companies

The LEC Fire Brigade has had a knowledge document "Assessment of passive fire protection at Brzo companies" drawn up which both Brzo inspectors and companies can use for their information. The inspectors were informed about the upcoming theme inspections during training sessions in the regions. The training sessions explained what passive fire protection systems are, how they function, what they protect, but also showed many examples of what damage to pbb can look like. Certification, inspection and repair of pbb were also discussed. During the BrandweerBRZO network day of 8 November, the author of the knowledge document, Dr Simon Thurlbeck, gave a lecture on this subject. Representatives of the branch organisations VNCI, VNPI and Votob were also present.
