OvV report - Fire at Chemie-Pack in Moerdijk, 5 January 2011
Following a major fire at Chemie-Pack, a company involved in the storage, processing and packaging of chemicals, the Dutch Safety Board carried out an investigation. The Board's investigation focuses on the origins of the fire at Chemie-Pack and the government's crisis management and communication.
