OvV report - Explosion of a natural gas condensate tank at the Nederlandse Aardoliemaatschappij, Warffum, 31 May 2005
On Tuesday 31 May 2005, a storage tank containing natural gas condensate from the Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij (NAM) in Warffum exploded during renovation work. Two employees of the contractor GTI were killed. A third GTI employee was seriously injured.
