RIVM 2021-0051: Analyse van incidenten met gevaarlijke stoffen bij BRZO-bedrijven 2021

The RIVM analysed seventeen incidents involving hazardous substances that were investigated by the Inspectorate SZW and for which the incident investigation was concluded in 2019 or 2020. The Dutch Safety Board (Onderzoeksraad voor de Veiligheid, OvV) investigated six of the seventeen incidents. The incidents occurred at companies with large quantities of hazardous substances, which fall under the Major Accident Hazards Decree 2015 (Brzo).
