Summary
In order to get information security right, it is necessary to make the associated risks transparent and to manage the unacceptable ones. The value of information is an important starting point. Delegate the ownership of information and the risks associated with it and define the corresponding responsibilities. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that all of this is properly and permanently invested within the organisation.
